Greenhouse North Holland (The Netherlands)
On the one hand, the motor is used to produce heat and power (CHP) for the greenhouse, on the other hand, the excess energy produced will be sold by the horticulturalist to energy suppliers.
It is an indoor installation, which means that the enclosure will be placed in a boiler room. The enclosure protects the environment against noise nuisance.
Enclosure from Alara-Lukagro
The soundproof enclosure meets the set noise requirement of 75 dB(A) at 1 meter distance and the ventilation set meets 70 dB(A) at 1 meter distance. We use our own developed software to make the acoustic calculations, so that we can deliver the best possible solution.
The dimensions of the enclosure are 12,000 (L) x 4,700 (W) x 3,900 (H) mm. The enclosure is powder coated in the color RAL 7035. The various materials that make up the casing are: pre-galvanized steel, anti-drumming material, mineral wool and perforated steel sheet. The ventilation set consists out of an air inlet and an air outlet duct, which are supported on the roof of the enclosure.
The enclosure is made out of panels. The enclosure has 2 doors with an anti-panic bar on the inside so that someone can get out quickly in the event of an emergency. Furthermore, lifting beams are placed above the cylinders for maintenance purposes.
The entire assembly is carried out by our own technicians. A mini crane is used to lift the heavy panels. The lead time of the project is 12 working weeks.
